Wholesale Order Terms

ORDERING & PAYMENT
Orders can be placed over the phone (614.396.6346), via email or through our website. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) and will be processed at the time of shipment. If you would prefer to make your payment with a business check, please contact the studio directly. We are not currently offering terms.

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Our minimum initial order is $100; re-orders have a $75 minimum. To place an order, new shops need to first complete the Wholesale Form or contact the studio directly to get started.

Single Greeting Cards: 6 per style
Boxed Sets: 4 per style
Giftwrap: 10 per style
Art Prints: 5 per style
Gift Tags: 4 per style

SHIPPING
Paid orders are promptly shipped within 2-3 business days. If you have time-sensitive shipments, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Occasionally, products may be out of stock. You will be notified of any items that are back-ordered, and with your approval we will proceed to ship all in-stock items from your order. Upon restocking, we will ship back-ordered items immediately, unless directed otherwise.

All shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment. Most domestic orders ship via USPS Priority or Federal Express. Any international shipping fees, duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. All orders ship from our location in Columbus, Ohio.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted by phone or email within 24 hours of placing your order. The quality of our paper goods is extremely important to us and will be inspected prior to shipment to insure your order meets our quality standards. However, if you need to make any returns or exchanges, please let us know within five business days of receipt. All merchandise must be returned unused and in its original packaging and condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Display & packaging

All Design With Heart products should be displayed in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up and sold as individual cards. If you are selling Design With Heart product online, please credit Design With Heart in the product description.
