Creating the “Wishing You Moments of Peace & Quiet Comfort” card was deeply personal for me. After losing my husband to Leukemia, I struggled through Christmas, feeling out of step with the season’s relentless cheer. I became adept at faking smiles and holding back tears, just waiting for the festivities to pass. Over time, I realized how important it is to honor what we truly feel, especially when that feeling isn’t joy. This year, with the intensity of the election and so much uncertainty, many are experiencing a blue holiday season. This card is my reminder to you—and to all of us—that it’s okay not to be okay. You’re not alone.
